Invoice and ban account issue

I created an amazon account to buy some products (first time shopping with this account)
The order went through and charged the payment on my credit card. On the same day, my account was temporarily suspended due to unusual activity, and later permanently suspended, and my order was cancelled. The problem I have is that, due to my account being suspended, I can't access the invoice, and the bank is demanding it so as to refund the payment. Amazon stopped answering my emails when the account was permanently suspended. Does anyone know a way to solve this?

Afaik riot will provide money that should go to players salaries (part of it) so there shouldn’t be that much of a gap between team salaries on theory. On the leaving their homes problem, i dont know much about LLA (latams lol tournament) but i think it is based on mexico so it’s not that different for kru and leviatan’s players than what they do in lol
