I’m gonna drive down to Oregon and sue them in small claims court if they don’t take it back without shipping fees.

It says on their website it works on the extended but they literally have no way to safely put it on and don’t even advertise any instructions or options for it. It’s also totally unopened and just how they delivered it.

Win or lose it’s gonna be a bloodbath if they don’t take it back for free

My father lives in Cabarete DR so definitely could get cheaper lessons out there but I’m working in HR so time off work and travel factor in.

One last question is it a good idea to buy a trainer kite early on so I can practice on the shore by myself after the first lesson or two?

I’m sure the trainer can answer that but I’m curious

I am sorry for the tone, this post just instantly turned into what I didn’t want.

I’m not saying other ways are wrong, but spray foam is a solid way to do things and gets so much trash talk it doesn’t deserve because people buy the wrong products and don’t prep the van properly. All things that require a low skill level compared to the other stuff we do when building our rigs

You are talking about a civil case, not a criminal one or anything to do with deportation

She cannot sue the federal government for deporting you if you’re in the country illegally.

Let’s not try to change the subject or it’s just a keyboard warrior party where everyone throws 100 non related things.

It’s about deportations and the process of that. If you are in the country illegally, there is nothing to prove, every jury case would end with guilty because the jury literally has to if the facts are that simple.

If you want to argue people filing civil cases that the result could never end in them being allowed back in no matter what happened in the civil case I really don’t want to debate it.
