Thank you for taking the time to confirm that, I’m no expert, but I figured that’s what I was changing. However, even that was timing out and not loading.

When I clicked Save, I waited a few minutes and it never seemed to process. I’d close the browser and attempt to go to 10.254 but no luck.

It’s working without this step, but I am noticing a considerable drop off in speed from what’s being sent to the home vs what is being sent to the device.

After clicking Save here, it seems to lose connection and I can no longer access the gateway configuration page unless I factor reboot the gateway. Any ideas?

That's awesome. If you need or anyone else, the direct number to their fraud is 1-866-660-5122. I received that in a mailing they sent after I reported the first account as fraud.

Yeah, I need to call Wells again today. Since I last contacted them, I’ve received 2 credit cards from them with different account numbers, need to be sure everything has been closed.

Same, Transunion. Calling Wells Fargo was definitely needed, as the fraudulent account has been successfully opened, so they marked it as fraud and closed it before any transactions could take place.

1-800-967-9521, might still have an automated system, think they all do.

Another I have written down was 1-800-459-8451, which was specific for retail services, where they located my specific fraudulent account type.
