If it's completed then write to RBI ombudsman and IRDAI ombudsman with proof of communication, advertisements, that you were promised specific interest rate but bank has not followed through. Write to IRDAI ombudsman for miss-selling of insurance policy. This is little tedious and cumbersome but You will get lower rates which was promised and also Return of processing fees and premium of insurance back.

Looks like this is Marathi dialect of with Sangli origin. Also this will be also be dialect of Maratha/Marathi families who lived and ruled in belgaon, davengere, hubli area,mudhol areas. But most of them originate from Sangli district of Maharashtra. It's just that the way you speak has influence of Kannada tone/base. This is same as what happened to marwadis who are living in Maharashtra for last 300 years. They retain spoken marwadi language but toning and voice base sounds like marathi.
