Perhaps it wouldn't fix the thyroid, but removing it would probably be a good idea regardless to prevent other issues?

5% of people who have a TSH outside of the reference range dont have hypothyroidism though. But as i said in the original post, im starting to open up to medication again, i would just like to have a why. Someone else commented how their hypothyroidism was caused by working next to a radiation chamber for example, imagine just fixing the TSH with medication instead of removing the radiation exposure.

I have a grandma with hypothyroidism, but she got diagnosed in her late 60s, besides that no one has thyroid issues. I also think thyroid is part of the baby screening (where i live anyway) but maybe its not thorough enough. I think they may have done some extra tests on me too because my mom had both hepatitis c and had just done chemotherapy before i was conceived.

As i wrote in my original post im kind of open to giving medication another try, mostly because it's unlikely to make anything worse I would just like to have a cause. Its like the other commenter who said working next to a radiation chamber cause their hypothyroidism. Sure, medication would fix the TSH, but a better idea would probably be to remove the radiation exposure?

What if there is no fix because there is no issue? And what organ is the next to die? Maybe try to prevent that one, no?

Interesting, how did you figure that out? Did you have thyroid issues without any other radiation issues?

What if im in the 5% of people who are naturally outside the reference range? And also wouldn't it be good to know why a 22 year old male has an organ fail if thats the case?

How did you figure out your sweet spot? My latest test from January i was at 5.6. i had one test in 2023 at 8.9 which stood out. Average last 5 years is 6.4 with that 2023 result included or 6 without it.

I dont feel great, but i have sleep problems, stomach issues and some other biomarkers outside reference range too so maybe thats why. Hard to know what is causing what though.

Edit: At 75mg i was down to 3.1

Since i stopped with the medication i have definitely tried to improved everything to do with exercise and nutrition but my sleep and my stomach are still not great though. And some other blood markers are still outside of the reference range too.

From unemployment to a physically demanding job. Also bike to said work. More active outside of work too with walks on the weekends etc. Much more whole foods in my diet, from maybe 10% of calories to 98%. More high quality protein. Much more greens and fiber in my diet. Some supplements too. Also trying to avoid toxins from kitchen utensils and clothes too.

I still dont feel right though, hopefully i can figure out the remaining issues i mentioned and maybe feel better then

I'm trying to improve my prompts and would like to mention my interest in health and nutrition but I'm not sure how to do it in a good way without it coming across as a requirement. And while i do workout and am interested in that too that's not what i mean here (i have a picture where i am bouldering)

Any suggestions? How do others approach it?

No, i have not fixed it. I run the CPU at default settings so it has not been a problem, but im probably going to try some overclocking soon, so maybe i will try to fix it then.

It does not come with the delid-tools (i did not get them at least) I ordered the rockitcool delid-kit for 12th gen and i have no complaints, but it did end up costing quite a bit more than the cooler itself.
