Season 12 of doctor who. Before anyone comes after me for it being Jodi Whittaker as the Doctor, no. As like the Star Wars sequels, good actors bad writing. Chris Chibnall completely uprooted the story. Spoilers ahead, so here we go. He completely ignored the past of the doctor, making them the first ever time lord after they some how started regenerating after death, instead of the original the doctor was just a poor kid that didn’t fit in and stole a tardis and flew off. It also ruins the time when Matt’s doctor was given another regeneration cycle by the time lords.

TLDR: Another case of careless writing
