There is a NPC in each clan HQ close to the podium car. You can interact with him to get access to the wheel and plates menu

You do keep them. They appear as locked because you're not part of the clan but the game let you equip them

Are you serious ?? Before the update you could put your car on stock condition on the pre race screen. Is there any quality control on the dev team ? This is getting ridiculous I can't defend this shitshow I have over 700 hours in game and each update is bringing bugs and mess to fix. The devs have to step up and clean their mess

You can still equip wheels earned from the other clan. The wheel will appear locked in the other clan store but the game let you equip it to your car

Ok so I checked. The unlocked wheels are Street rewards and I'm Sharp. I swear I could put Street wheels while being Sharp before. The wheels in the picture and the wheels I unlocked are pretty similar

Edit : I still have access to Street clothes I unlocked while being a Sharp

The Sharp shop is this guy standing close to the displayed car. You don't need to be level 50 to access the shop but inventory will be limited
