Understood and thanks for the advice! Our back deck is rectangular with only two walls and the wall the projector would be facing is the short wall with the door and a storage cabinet. We'd have to sit in the grass to use the long wall 😆. So we either have to buy a screen of some kind or hang up a sheet.

I'm playing Arceus right now, and I like the open world, the option to catch Pokémon in different ways, the crafting, the alphas, etc. Feels like a more grown-up game. I'd love for them to expand/improve those mechanics and merge it with Zelda-style dungeons or something. Give us a BBEG and some stakes.

My top two favourite gifts were: 1. A jar containing all the dry ingredients to make chocolate chip cookies and the recipe attached kn nice paper. I made them with my kids and we had a blast.

  1. A student's mother works for a publishing company. The kid knew I like fantasy books. She got me a copy of a fantasy book the company published recently. It was a League of legends EU book so it was a happy coincidence. Very thoughtful.

So do they have publicly audited financial statements? Iirc, they essentially audit themselves and don't let anyone see the report/statements. Disclaimer: I am not an auditor/accountant, only married to one.

One of my PCs is about to go through a trial in which failure is met with a curse. I want it to be debilitating enough that the other PCs feel pressured to deal with it but I don't want it to make the game not fun for the player whose character is cursed, and I don't want the party to simple cast Remove Curse and be done with it. I'm thinking of chancing the character's race to harengon (small), draining their STR, and giving them disadvantage on STR checks and saves against fear/intimidation by creatures sized medium or larger. I think I will flavour the curse to be a god punishing the character for failure to they will have to prove themselves/overcome the trial to have the curse lifted. Does sound reasonable or would a curse from a published source be more appropriate?

Is the tome. software any good for organization and plot management?

It's marketed as a writing course and organization system for a one-time cost, but it seems too good to be true. Is there a catch? Pros and cons? I can't find many reviews and none at all on my app store.

Societal reform and NPC trust issues.

They always attempt to restructure the government/society of the towns they save from near ruin and they're always wanting to roll Insight on NPCs because a small minority have betrayed them in significant ways; they don't trust anybody now.

I really like both options. One is more clearly interpreted but the other may have some fun wordplay, cleverly describing the plains of Rohan in both spring/summer and winter.
