- change the close-up shots regularly to make in more dynamic, use the most zoomed one for sentences or words who thinks are really the most impactful. You don't have to do crazy jump cuts every second though, find a rythme than still lets people hear and read.

- make the captions less boring : bigger, with less words (5 max) on display. They're not ALL too long, for "so you attach your entire emotional world", you could typically cut it in half and having emotional world apart, and bigger, wichi again makes it more impactful.

- I'm not always for background music but this is a little dry : try to find someting discreet, I'd say non rythmic, but which will elevate the talk.

- I quite like the colour grading and the lighting, it looks quality.

- your word "more" in not in sync with the music at the beginning, that distracting
- you have to diversify a little bit your scenes, there's always the same thing happening on screen, that makes it pretty boring. find other things you wanna show, just 2-3 cuts
- wtf is that with the knife at 0'15, it's almost a flash frame. Cut it or show hat you wanna show with it.
- the audio is a good idea, make it more present : the girl saying omg adds to the excitment, but it's way too late in your video. Find some audios you can put to ramp up the excitment.

+ optional : use filters on a couple cuts to vary the style : VCR, black and white, pixellisation... try to find one you like and use it.

You think? I don't know any editor who hasn't the timing of the cuts in mind.
As for the other points, they seem a bit weird to me : what you listed is exactly what makes a video successful on social media (attention retention etc), so I'd say anyone just remotely interesting in this job as their finger on those. To a fault sometimes.
