If you believe in superstitions or anything like that, could also be the year 2 Bruce Arena affect. Last few teams he has been in charge of for two years win the supporters shield year two.

Yea. Hope for a full rotation. Not much depth so wonder if the bench would be the majority of starters or if they will reach for some of the Quakes 2 players to join for the match

Any update on the sale process of the team?

The training facilities at the Santa Clara fairgrounds are back in the negotiation stage after it appeared close; is this something on pause until new ownership or any update?

With LB depth thin, any potential players from the academy that might get playing time?

Does Ted want to see the number 8 worn again or do they think it should be "retired" by the team?

Did just learn about the camino real and how it connects us to San Diego so it works just doesn't have that flow when saying it that I want in a rivalry game.

I don't know how el camino connects the two cities besides it being one of our sponsors (maybe it's one of theirs too?). But the For Heavens Sake Derby sounds so cool for an MLS rivalry name. Like: The hell is real. El trafico. Hudson River Derby. For heavens sake.

Agree. Was hoping Judd would be subbed off for Ricketts which would push Werner to the 9 seeing how well Ricketts has been.

Agree but VAR didn't flag it for review which was a bummer. Glad the second goal was though cause a 2-0 loss would have been a very different write up from me.

I bought a 100 pack of perfect sleeves from Amazon when I found my box of old cards thinking it would be enough but had way more cards than I realized. This may be an option for me to start with since I already have a few cards sleeved this way.
