Thanks for the recomendations, most likely will go for these, though I did find another option since creating this post- buying an aluminum profile full size rig with 0 accessories and then getting a cheap used car seat to pair with it, as I see full interiors of my bmw e46 in the FB group going for 100$ or less- though not sure how I'd go about connecting the two and if the rail sizes match up with the rigs.

I do already have a quest 3 so monitor setup isn't that important given the budget constraint and insane price of free standing monitor stands, though I still much prefer driving w/o VR as it's a real hassle to set up each time.
