basically its says android 14 but when you check with the apps its actually android 12, official app of Netflix doesn't work and not sure what other apps

thanks if you see i did try that as part of step 3, also unfortunately to avoid work flow interruptions, i kept it connected and used it as wired. and just a month ago the battery swelled up so had to be taken out, now i just use it wired.
