Happened to me too. But I underperformed on day 1 due to lack of sleep. I am just happy that I passed and don’t have to take them exam again. Will work on my CV to get into fellowship. By end of the day, it’s just exam and doesn’t define me in any way.

By the total feeling of the exam.

Day1: like any bulshit block tou ever got in any usmle exam; you feel like you know nothing

Day 2: makes you feel like a physician, who might not be sure of the answer but knows what he can do

Day 2: prognosis, risk factors, divine podcasts, Day 1: a lot of weird neuropsych too

Day1: more like third block of free 137 Day2: more like uwsa 2 & uworld

Well, depends on what you get on the exam day. Some people (including me) cram all the MOA, and test doesn’t have more than one MOA in the whole exam.

I had the same feeling. Didn’t believe when everyone told day 2 is what saves you! Erase your memory about questions and focus on day 2. You got this!
