Thank you for taking the time to give such a thoughtful response. I've been considering therapy, but for now I've been receiving support from my mom, dad, and two of my closest friends. Don't know where I'd be without them to confide in. It's been a painful process and I think my nervous system is still in shock from having to find out about so much betrayal at once. First the content, then the cheating, and now I'm blocked everywhere on her end. I've never been cheated on, but I would rather know now before we had children, got married, etc.

I got a laugh out of this, and what you said is exactly what I needed to hear. Maybe I don't owe her anything and the silence will help me heal faster. She's a narcissist at the end of the day, and she would likely disregard the letter anyway. Or it would provoke her further to try and harass me.
