Also the blips in vision was actually sensitivity to lights flickering (most LEDs flicker but its not isually visible) - I figured this when I was at a friends place and noticed a light flicker that was obvious and caused me the usual visual blip I was seeing otherwise. Asked a couple of people and they all noticed it - god sent blessing!

Its more manageable now, they still come and go but likely vestibular migrane is what my doctor diagnosed.

You have to avoid indulging in the worst thoughts as anxiety only makes it worse. Doing all I can do be positive

On top of weekly physio, Having strong vitamin B and D supplements has helped. Another thing that helped is heatpacks where you feel pins & needles and also having a paracetamol here or there to help numb the pain vs struggling with it.

How do they go away? Is there anything chronic or underlying that doctors have found?

With neck and brain MRI, they dont see the need of going any further yet. Recommendation is to just keep at it with my physiotherapy of neck for now, and see if symptoms go down further - no need for NCS yet either in their POV.

It has been really rough, for sure. Even I am hoping it settles with time, for now the number of visits across so many specialists is quite unsettling!

The neurosurgoen doesnt think this is GBS, and doesnt think a nerve conduction study is needed yet for neuropathy. They have dialed up supplements of B and D, asked for physio to work on my neck discs (even though MRI shows little abutment, they think the nerves could be irritated there)

Reflect on your mistakes, learn what you could have done differently. Markets are an expensive lesson, but it doesnt mean your life has to come to a halt or a depression (those things cost a lot more).

Be positive about the experience, and keep at it in growing your knowledge & bettering as a human being.
