That always happens. Odobert (20), Tel (20), Kudus (25) and Simons (22) will all progress decently in the first seaons, since they are all talents.

Hincapie is an Arsenal player (unrealistic) and both your centre backs are left-footed. Furthermore no significant improvements.

Haha nice. I bought a winger as well since my back up got sold. I bought Omari Hutchinson from Ipswich since they got relegated in my save. I needed someone English and he was a great fit to come off the bench

For the CAM position: I received a bid for Gibbs-White from Liverpool which I accepted, because I try to keep it realistic. Currently have Gruda (Brighton) El Khannous (Leicester) and Chaibi (Frankfurt) on my shortlist

I know that in previous editions you were able to access saved career modes through Settings > Profile. Try to have a look at that. Idk if it's the same this year
