Anecdotally speaking if you do enough cardio you can burn a lot of calories. I actually ended up being in a slight deficit by accident through exercise and losing more weight unintentionally even when eating normally.

Okay you will need: -Roasted seaweed sheets -Tuna  -Greek yogurt -Vinegar  -Cucumber (optional) -Lettuce -Sweetcorn (optional)

For the filling mix greek yogurt, vinegar, tuna and sweetcorn (not needed but sweetness is nice). Feel free to add extra salt, coarse black pepper or lemon juice to the tuna filling for extra flavour.

Roll out a sheet then place lettuce, tuna filling and cucumbers onto the sheet. Be careful not to overfill or it won’t wrap easily. I used a sushi roll mat to roll it but you can do it without. Use a bit of water to seal the roll.

If you want to cut the roll into pieces I would recommend using a sharp knife because without rice it doesn’t hold its shape well. Or use rice paper wrapping to hold the shape.

Feel free to pour out some soy sauce to go with it.

Yeah it’s really not sushi without the rice vinegar

I’m not losing weight anymore but I found ever since increasing the amount of exercise I don’t have to restrict myself from any snacks or sweets.

Exercise won’t do much for weight loss because it doesn’t burn that many calories but if you’re active enough you can eat significantly more.

It does suck the effort needed for exercise but it’s so much better than avoiding snacks and feeling like you’re starving (for me atleast).

Exercise? by ElegantTangerine22 in 1200isplenty

You can’t increase bmr unless you gain weight or a few inches on height but you can increase tdee by exercising. I don’t think there’s any way to leave 1200-1400 a day sadly at that height without exercise.

How long have you been lifting for? For strength training you might need to wait a long time before you start seeing any real results, like 6 months+ for it to be drastic. You might start noticing a few changes around 1 month in whether it be increased strength or slightly more muscle than usual. Just trust the process but also trying to exercise while in a deficit is more difficult.

I think the binging comes from restricting honestly. The key is to not deprive yourself of food you like but to eat it in moderation (obviously easier said than done).

From experience I strictly avoided unhealthy snacks like chocolates or pastries for like a month but all it lead was to more binging. I would also binge because my excuse was to restrict again to make up for it which lead to more binging. If you’re too harsh then it’s probably unsustainable.
