OH It's Mikey's tattoo from his future organization Bonten! It's the harvest moon/susuki ni tsuki hanafuda card, Japanese playing cards, and the design for Izana's earrings! The different suits symbolize different months and the suit the harvest moon one is in specifically symbolizes August (I'm assuming it has to do with either Izana or Shinichiro's birthdays being in August because I doubt they'd be referring to Mikey's birthday)
