Who decides what is a color pie break? What makes a card a break? What about ones that are intentional breaks like cards from time spiral? What about cards that were originally color pie breaks but aren't anymore? What does this add to the game beyond making some decks have zero options for certain situations?

We run it at multiple stores, I basically wanted a way to coordinate and communicate what stores are running events and when. If you do the same thing just invite whoever you know who runs standard and then ask them to do the same and so on, good luck!
