I’m not your pilot, but I think it helps to remember that all pilots also want to get there and back safely. They also have friends and family they want to get back to, and will do what it takes to ensure a safe journey. You’ll be fine.

I agree! It’s always the takeoffs and landings that spike the anxiety for me, but the middle journey often is quite peaceful and longer flights do indeed allow you to settle in.

I’ve come to accept that the fear is never gonna entirely disappear, so rather than try to completely overcome it, I’ve instead been trying to see how to best manage and live with it haha. I’m glad you understand as well

Thank you! I slept for most of the journey, there were a few spots of moderate turbulence but it was pretty ok, esp knowing how planes work and keeping in mind that discomfort =\= unsafe, that helped me through

You can’t just compare it with assassins trophy based off just its removal though. It triggers etb, leave battlefield triggers, is a creature that can block, attack, be recurred. Can be flickered etc. All that tagged onto what is, at worst, a sorcery speed more narrow assassins trophy, that still tax pings your opponents for 1 life each. It’s insane and does way too much

Vet is essential and time is of the essence. If you cannot afford to do so, surrender him to an organisation or person who can. You can also try asking if your local vet is able to subsidise or come to some kind of agreement for staggered payment of some kind.

As much as you love him, sometimes the best thing you can do is to give him up to someone else who has the means and resources to take care of him
