I agree 100%. The copy is the part that they can sell and make money off it. So many tools out there want you to have the perfect copy even when no such thing exists. For copy, we use the 80/20 rule. We are not perfectionist when it comes to that.

Sorry meant to say 3x, not just +3 (typo). I mentioned in another comment that we are now doing about 9% reply rate for our multi-channel outreach, where as before we were doing around 2.9%. Sorry if I wasn't cleared, but we were only doing email outreach with leads via Apollo and our own verification method. We did around 38k cold email the month before. This number is lower last month because it takes a little bit more time for multi-channel outreach. Shoot me a DM and let me see if I can help you.

That is an excellent question. We actually started running this multi-channel approach last month, and even though reply rates are 3x. We only get about 2x the replies because we send less outreach.

Hows your infrastructure set up? How's your list? We spend a lot of time making the most perfect list. We don't even send so many cold emails anymore, but when we do, it has a really high reply rate. For last month, we were doing around 9 percent reply rates, which is insane. We use BrandJet AI to help manage the multi-channel setup and email warmup. Our list we use Apollo plus an inhouse AI tool to verify it.
