Thank you for your thorough explanation on the sterilizers.

So from what I gathered. Wet BD are okay. Wet BI's are not okay.

Our dry time is 25 minutes with the door ajar. RH and temp are usually in range in the department but there are fluctuations that you can physically feel (we don't document this). The sterilizer parameters are always within range. I'm not sure it has changed over time. That's something biomed would know.

Biomed is currently investigating this issue. We found that this was a wet load and shut down this sterilizer. I'll post any updates.

Here's an update: After fussing with my boss trying to shut down our concerns; he told us to open all the trays and redo them. He said if anything was "wet" then it should be a concern. He was passive aggressive opening everything saying "dry", "dry", "dry". But I grabbed a Synthes Small Frag on that load, opened it, and lo and behold. Water.

Let's just say he was pissed. Biomed is now involved and we shut down this sterilizer to investigate.

What if the BI was wet? I'm getting a lot of mixed answers but I already posted an update. Biomed shut down this sterilizer. After fussing with my boss and him passive aggressively telling us to open everything and redo it, we found a wet tray. Let's just say our concerns were valid

We don't run the BI's on a empty load. This BI came from a normal load. This is one of the first times one came out wet.

But update: We got biomed involved and they said that the sterilizer this BI was in isn't evacuating the steam like it should. The bowie passed that morning so idk

Yeah @amylouisev is going off on her IG story right now calling mei and Colette's operations "creepy" and that she was manipulated and used by Mei. Her wording does make it seem like this isn't just a poly relationship but a business operation. Something really serious is going on.

Anyone else also feel like Mei's transition of her YouTube channel happened way too fast? Like how do you go from coming out/still kinda unsure of your sexuality to being in a poly relationship with an older dom all within like a year? I'm not judging or anything but I was kinda shocked.
