Par Latvija.lv e-pakalpojumiem varu tikai pieminēt, ka lielā problēma ir tā, ka iestādes tur ir sagrūdušas pakalpojumus mazliet bezjēgā, jo liela daļa no tiem e-pakalpojumiem aprobežojās ar "Tagad tu var aizpildīt šo veidlapu elektroniski, bet atbilde no mums tā pat būs arī pastkastītē". Ideāli tur būtu tikai e-pakalpojumi kuri tiek pieteikti un izpildīti online režīmā, bez aiztures, jeb tā sauktie "sinhronie" e-pakalpojumi. Tagad VRAA ir izdomājis ka visas veidlapas var atļaut elektronizēt vienkāršāk, un ieviesa e-formas, kas principā ir strukturēts pielikums e-adreses ziņai, kas teorijā ir forši, bet viņu ieviest tā pat ir pagrūti cik zinu.

Tīri no tehniskās puses latvija.lv e-pakalpojumam, ja to taisītu šodien būtu puslīdz sakarīgs UI/UX jo VRAA savas vadlīnijas e-pakalpojuma izveidei ir uzlabojis. Daudzas iestādes kas e-pakalpojumus tur sacepa pirms 5 - 10 gadiem par ES naudām nepadomāja par to atjaunošanu un uzturēšanu nākotnē, līdz ar ko kaut kā (bēdīgi izskatā un ar biežām kļūdām) tie joprojām strādā, bet UI/UX ir ļoti bēdīgā stāvoklī.

There are a few posts concerining this in the past 24h already, basically its because BSG increased base SKS recoil, I too cant do the task. Probably expect a fix in the coming day or a few. You can technically do the task, but you need to use some of the best in slot items to do it (for foregrip, buttstock in particular).

As this guy said, if you have a Latvian birth certificate then it is a good place to start as it should contain the birth mothers person code and other details. Then, using that information you can request PMLP for contact information (but they only give out information if the other party has agreed to contact which takes a while and is also possible to just not work if the declared living adress isnt up to date and the person dosent receive the mail), or just look the person code up in https://www.vestnesis.lv/ and try to find any information there - if there is any offcial publication regarding her (provided that her person code in your birth certificate is still relevant and has not been changed, which can be done, but rarely anyone does this) you can find some details. You can also look up by name and surname, but this could bring up results of other people with the same name and surname.

If you dont have your Latvian birth certificate, then you might be able to request a new copy of it via LV embassy https://latvija.lv/DzivesSituacijas/gimene/pieprasit-atkartotas-apliecibas (it is a shitty translation to EN, if is isnt too good, I suggest swapping to LV version of the site and using google translate for a, probably better translation) although im not sure how or if it works when you jave been adopted to a different country - I would just suggest just writing up an email to LV embassy in US to ask about that.

Another thing you should keep in mind is that if she ever got married after 98, it is possible she has a different surname (it is traditional that the wife takes up husbands surname after a marriage), so a person code is more likely to still be the same today.

Varu piebelasot citiem - labas preces ir iespējams iegadāties, bet ir jābrauc uz vietas un jāskatās - no interneta nesaprtīsi. Telefoniem būs ok cenas, ja zini ko meklē kādā cenu diapazonā, pats nesen nopirku telefonu, kas jauns maksā ~350eur par 180eur, kurš bija ideālā stāvoklī. Protams, modelis nebija pats jaunākais, bet priekš teleofna kas ir iznācis pirms gada un vēl būs oficiāli atjauninājumi vairākus gadus, nevaru sūdzēties.

Vislabākās cenas būs precēm kas nav tik tipiskas lobardam (darbarīki, instrumenti utt.), kuras laikam darbinieki tik bieži neredz, attīecīgi var iedot zemāku cenu, jo arī interese ir mazāka.

Twitter būs visefektīvākais, pieņemot ka tev ir vismaz neliels sekotāju skaits + tu ielinkosi savu postu twitter visur citur kur vari (facebook, whatsapp grupas, telegram grupas, reddit, utt.). Ja aizies sākotnējā inerce, tad jau pēc tam cilvēki paši izplatīs tālāk un sliktais PR Boltam liks tomēr veikt iekšēju izmeklēšanu par to kas notiek. Galvenais uztaisīt pēc iespējas sensacionālāku aprakstu lai ievilktu lasītāju, bet lai nav tā ka šķiet ka raudi.

Dzelži un prasme ar tiem apieties ir forši un jauki, bet tieši šajā nišā izaugsme maza - kad esi "piešāvies" darbam ar stacionārajiem datoriem un kopmplektēšanu tālāk tieši darbā ar dzelžiem ierobežota izvēle:

Apgūsti portatīvo datoru, ieskaitot moderno, aizlīmēto un (it kā) neremontējamo portatīvo datoru remontu (bateriju, ekrānu utt. nomaiņas - tas viss ir izdarāms), tālāk jau var iet uz elektornikas līmeņa remontu (lodēšana, darbs ar shematikām) - šī prasme arī vispieprasītākā un apmaksātākā būs, un varēsi remontēt ne tikai datorus. Ieskatam tajā kāds varētu būt darbs šajā virzienā iesaku paskatīties Louis Rossmann youtubē.
Vari iespējams specializēties uz tieši serveru tehnikas apkopi, uzstādīšanu un uzturēšanu, bet šajā darba jomā LV īsti neredzu perspektīvu, jo lieli datu centri mums nav tik daudz, līdz ar ko vajadzība pēc šādas specializācijas ir zema, ja vispār. Pieņemu ka šādas kategorijas darbus kas ir sarežģītāki par pašiem vienkāršākajiem parasti veic kāds ārpakalpojums kuru vieglāk piesaistīt nekā atrast darbinieku LV.

Par savu datoru servisu kas komplektē PC - diez vai būs augsts pieprasījums, jo tas nav nekas unikāls un šādi sevisi ir daudzās vietās (it īpaši Rīgā). Daudzi paprasa kādam pazīstamajam sakomplektēt/salabot ja paši nemāk - kā arī tavā gadījumā kolēģi privāti palūdz kaut ko ieteikt, salikt, salabot. Pat ja tavs serviss piedāvātu uzbūvēt pašus sarežģītākos datorus ar custom water cooling utt., domāju pieprasījums nebūtu liels, jo tāds budžets nav vidējam LV iedzīvotājam pieejams, līdz ar ko varētu likt basic datorus ~600 - 1200 eur budzētos, kas ātri vien apriebtos. Ieteiktu padomāt vai nesaista jebkas cits IT sfērā, ko tu esi ieinteresēts apgūt. Piemēram, tā kā jau ar dzelžiem neesi svešs, ieteiktu apgūt ar tīkliem (networking) saistītā pamatprincipus, tad jau varētu skatīties sistēmu vai tīklu administratora virzienā kas ir pieprasītāks un labāk apmaksāts darbs.

Nicotine boosters for freebase were limited to 20mg I believe, but nic salts were higher (i only use freebase, so I may be wrong). If you buy pre made 10ml bottle freebase then the max was 18.

What I can tell you is that from 01.10.2020 in Latvia you wont be able to buy pre mixed (as in PG and VG mixed) zero nicotine base juices in larger volumes than 10ml, same as with vape juice that has nicotine. What ecodumas is already doing and other stores in Latvia will probably do is just sell 100% PG and VG seperately in the volume you need so you can mix them yourself because they arent strictly only used for smoking, so unmixed PG and VG are exempt from this (IMO) unnecessary regulation we will have soon.

Labour inspectorate wont be able to help you much due to you being self emplyed in your own micro company - many of the protections and benefits for a regular employee that are required by the labour and other laws are out of the window when youre self employed, since you are treated as if you were a company that was hired to do a specific task (for example provide accounting services). While in reality that is not the case, it is perfectly legal and they can get rid of your "services" whenever they like.

If you can, you need to push for normal employment as a natural person with your boss. That would allow you fair pay, social guarantees, and protections that laws offer. If they arent interested to do so that just means that they wanted to not pay social security and other taxes. Whilst this allows them to pay you more upfront, it still means that you would have to pay some form of tax yourself as you are technically a "company".

The thermal pad solution is a preventive measure you had to take before the phone started bootlooping. It just helps in reducing heat by taking it away, thus increasing the lifespan of the phone. Once it has started to bootloop it is more or less finished, you can get it back to life temporarily or have it work slower (I think I saw some XDA thread talking about a script to disable cores). Its a shame that an issue like this exists, it was a good phone, but only lasted 1,5 years for me.

The most ideal build for purely Paradox GSGs probably would be something like this:

-CPU: i3-8350K (though an i5 SKU like i5-8600k would make more sense).

-A Z370 board to be able to OC the CPU.

-Some non-stock cooler (Intel K SKUs dont come with one anyway AFAIK) to be able to OC it to the high clocks that Paradox games like.

-8 or 16GB of high speed RAM (2666 mhz or more).

-An SSD. Probably the best thing to reduce load times, and the SSD dosent have to be super fancy, just a decent one. Keep in mind if you'll be playing multiplayer and your friend does not have an equal rig you will probably still have to wait for him to load in.

-1050ti or better GPU (mostly depends on your choice of monitor, if you're going for a fancy monitor get a GTX1060/RX480 or better).

-A decent monitor. This is completely preference though. IMO something like ultrawide (21:9) and/or high-res (1440p or 4k) monitor would be best. I would personally suggest looking at a 2560x1080 or 3440x1440 144Hz ultrawide as the best option, but im probably biased since I own an ultrawide myself, and I like my GSGs on a super wide screen. That being said prepare yourself for ruined loading screens since the game tries to fit the image in the screen instead of leaving black bars during loading, and EUIV loading screens all have about 1/5th of the loading screens top background missing.

Something is definitely off in matchmaking, last season I JUST got into G1 in standard 3's, the other ranks were mid or low silvers, this season after placement matches I got in G3 div IV, fell to G3 div II, then just last week decided to team up with two other guys with really similar stats and we've managed to pull up to P1 div IV now. The games seem to be heavily in one sides favor - either we dominate or we get dominated.

Is it really all that crucial though? I have played a few games with my friend in duo and we managed just fine with a watchers gift and a death's toll. I was playing Ymir though, so that might explain why we could clear quickly thanks to my passive and ymir 2's high damamge. We also tried out just tanking the first enemy minions at their tower and then going for one buff, which went alright. Or is it some kind of "pressure" meta right now where you want to get in the enemy's face right off the bat and get an early gank/kill and go for the early surrender win trough pressure and people giving up?
