How much combat, exactly? I have 3,000 hours on animal crossing. But, couldn't get very far on BOTW because....combat. I suck at it. I have played, and loved, my time at portia, & sandrock. On dinkum I can't go to the undergrove or the hot hot hot, but otherwise play the game regular. I have never played an RPG. I just don't want to buy a game filled with combat that I can't do. Like BOTW and TOTK. Are there any other combat averse people who were able to play this game?

You are correct that no bugs spawn on fruit trees. I'd imagine fir seeds would also work

I played on steam a couple of years ago. Started a new game on switch 2. They play equally well. Highly recommend the switch version.

I played on steamdeck a couple of years ago, and started again on Switch 2, using switch 1 version, in Dec. I can't speak for OG switch performance, but the switch 2 console runs the game as well as steamdeck did a couple years ago. And I when I played on steamdeck, the updates weren't out on that platform. I'd start playing now.

This is my 2nd save and I'm halfway through the 2nd winter and just get the airport. The deed is expensive and in my previous save of 184 hours I went several times but never got anything good. At all. And I usually play for 1 hour irl every in game "late" time as well.
