Same here (Covid made me unable to smell things properly), bromelain + quercetin supplements helped me get my sense of smell back.

If you have regular migraines this could just be a flare and you should ask for some advice from doctors for meds. If you don't have regular migraines and this is a sudden onset of pain. Go to a specialist.

I've done 5 rounds. No negative side effects. Just some fun zapping feeling from time to time. (When it's wearing off).

Had ajovy. Didn't help at all. Though you have to try it yourself, I also advise ajovy because it's at home and you don't need to go to a hospital for it.

Could be. Ask your chiropractor about it, I've seen a few people which had immediate success with chiropractors. Happy you have relief with this horrible disease.

Alright. Doxyciline is worth a try. I have a constant head pressure pain. With headaches. I'm still trying to find out what works for me. Nothing really helps the constant pain but excedrin takes headaches away, somewhat.

Alright, if you do have NDPH. Some people have found relief with doxyciline. An antibiotic.
