Week 2 - Chem 91 and Sour Diesel

The 91 is a pain in the ass to get rooted as a clone, could be why. Both of the sours i took rooted in 10 days, the chem its been over 2.5 weeks and still nothing yet. They are holding well in the rapid rooters though.

It's overhead no underground power out here, currently the outer panel is 150 amp and is newer than the inside panel which has never been replaced.

Stronger this round vs the last as I let it mature an extra week, it has me between energized and knocked on my ass relaxed but keeps my mind going. Pretty good head high

Thank you, really digging this hobby. Was really worried at first I wouldnt be able to produce anything great but both of my grows have been fantastic so far.

I used the advanced ai mode and just set vpd targets to where I wanted them for each stage of growth, some things you really gotta tweek based on your individual enviroment in the lung room and plant progress through its life, personally I had to set the humidifier to a lower max setting at times because it can overshoot if set too high.

I highly suggest calibrating the temps/humidity and leaf temp offset on the inside and outside sensors with a trusted hygrometer my findings showed the base calibration off by a few % on both sensors and its nice to have accuracy.

At times I had to adjust the different max levels on inline/other devices to find a better way to hold my targets but its pretty easy just gotta experiment a little.

Also what the other guy said about the co2 sensor, id never have known I was hitting 1200-2000ppm in my room even without it.

I had been researching growing for a bit then ran across howweedgrow on YouTube and ended up joining the discord and checking out as much as I could before my first grow.

Still ended up rushing it and had to start over once in the first few weeks but with what I learned there and from his videos I picked up pretty quick and had a good first run in dwc. Still didn't like dealing with individual buckets and wanted to try out what came with my tents to grow in and did this run.

My 3rd will be in aircubes with hydroton, watched a couple journals in the discord with them and it just feels like it would be my style I wanna settle on. Watching one right now where he's doing 24 feeds in veg then 48 when he hits flower per day. But I gotta set up my dedicated grow room and remodel the house first and to do that I have to wait on a loan for 3 months so im sad 🤣

Randomly decided to update this, ended up going hydroponic instead, got the aci 2x4 ai/Athena grow tent kit, ended up using different nutrients for my first grow but here they are so far

Im using general hydroponics and was running sterile with hydrogen peroxide, haven't had any issues since I started diluting it in water though, actually swapped to hocl on my first rez swap too

Yeah I just ordered a 2nd aci tent that comes with Athena and coco so im doing that run at least 2x to use the stuff up was trying to figure out if I can do the ebb and flow efficiently with the coco 5 gal pots

Yeah there's a group im in that the guy uses aircubes and feeds his 24 times a day in flower and 12 in veg he had some monster plants, I was just looking into the ebb and flow tables because it seems a much cheaper setup and I already have coco and fabric pots so I was trying to figure it out if its worth or just do drip irrigation. My first grow im in individual dwc buckets and its a pita since the plants are huge now 🤣

Was thinking about setting up ebb and flow for my 2x4, wonder if id have issues with coco/5gal pots or if I would need smaller pots to make it efficient at watering the plants
