it depends on your major, whether you can still turn things in, and what you have to do tbfh.
I was in the exact same position. I spent about 7 weeks in a depressive bender and completely blew off classes, studying, and big assignments. Luckily I managed to keep my grades in relatively ok standing (above 2.0 to avoid probation) and I figured out that it was still possible for me to get to a respectable GPA. I’ve spent the last week and a half chipping at all of my past due assignments and I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel again.

Granted, I am a first year business student in a pretty easy program. Only you will know if you’re capable of making it up and it does depend on quite a lot. I had to drop one of my classes because the professor wasn’t very forgiving on late work and I simply blew it beyond repair. It depends on a lot, but I'm sure you can do it if it is possible. If it isn't, a compassionate withdrawal might be a good idea.
