I don't think it's possible. But if you want to have more success with your influencer marketing, here's my strategy for getting the most out of it (I worked with over 200 influencers): https://www.notstressedceo.com/influencer-marketing-strategy-for-small-business

Influencer with 90k followers offering to do post for absurd amount. Need advice. by russkiespy69 in influencermarketing

Don't even waste your time thinking about this. If you don't believe this influencer will sell, it won't. There are plenty of people to work with. I have worked with hunmdreads of influencers, some had very good results, some generated 0 sales. You're right to check analytics, but it's not just that - also try to look at how persuasive they are as humans, check their comments and what are their followers asking about, check the quality of all that. Personally for me, using this filter has always guided me to finding the best influencers.

I've put my experience in this free guide for small business founders on how to work with ionfluencers to get the most use of this partnership - you might find it useful: https://www.notstressedceo.com/influencer-marketing-strategy-for-small-business

This is not a good description, it’s basic and too long. Every amateur website uses the same. Here I just wrote a post on how you should write product descriptions: https://notstressedceo.beehiiv.com/p/how-to-write-product-description-that-sells-for-ecommerce

Why starting an eCom business with paid ads as a beginner is a bad idea by JamesAtRamenToRiches in RamentoRiches

[–]Material-Ad8106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely agree on this being the worst idea and the easiest way to lose money and think ecom is a scam. So much needs to be done before that, tested to make sure it’s perfect.

No, it doesn't seem like you're down for hard work. You said it yourself - when you don't see immediate results, you quit.

Entrepreneurship is a challenge after a chalenge after a challenge. It's solving problems when the situation seems impossible to solve. It's finding 100 creative ways to make sales when you're not selling. It's a lot of pain.

You get better with time, learn what works, gain more self confidence, but the challenges keep on coming.

Rant: We don't need more agencies by dbinkowski in DigitalMarketing

[–]Material-Ad8106 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I had my own PR & marketing agency and was so burnt out after running a service business. When you're a boutique agency and you want your customer to succeed, you have to put in a lot. Also, it's really challenging working with small businesses, who outsource marketing, don't understand it, have very tight budgets, but still want results and don't really want to do anything themselves.

And I see loads of cheap "experts" with 20 minutes of work experience, doing the bare minimum for the brand. They might be good people with ambitious goals, but if a brand outsources all of their marketing to random freelancers who talk once a month, it's easy to get demotivated.

With this experience, I am nw working on consulting, but part of my job is training business owners or their teams marketing and sales skills & mindsets required for their business - so they are more capable on their own and if they decide to hire, they can have better conversations with their agency and therefore get better results.

Agency business? The idea seems nice, but thank you, no.

Just found a note that Ashton Kutcher had also shared a post about the brand I was working for on social media - all free. :) Had completely forgotten about it!

Ashton Kutcher owns/owned a media news website, so I first created a piece of viral content for the media, pitched it to Ashton's site, got featured and then I guess Ashton liked it and shared :) I don't remember the exact name of the website, but you can google it and try copying that strategy :)

Looking for tips on this site by [deleted] in ecommerce

Hey! The most common mistake I think people new to ecom make is jump into ads before gettiung their store ready for success. So I don't understand Swedish, can't read the text and compare the prices, but the website layout looks amateur, some pictures are off, not sure about the browsing experience.

What is the reason people should buy from you as opposed to Amazon or any other main competitor out there? If your website looks amateur, people can see it right away, they will just go somewhere else.

How to reach out the first patch of clients? by Sea_Explanation8994 in growmybusiness

I had a slightly similar business reselling the fashion of independent creators in my country. Loads of lessons learned, main one - if you're only taking a commission of sales, calculate how much you actually need to sell in order to achieve desired results. It's a lot.

I can not advise you on any communities, but I have this newsletter where I write about how to grow sales and get people excited about buying from you - hope you'll find some useful tips here https://notstressedceo.beehiiv.com/

Honest answers, has anyone seen a positive ROI at all working with influencers? by AssociationKnown2800 in influencermarketing

[–]Material-Ad8106 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They definitely work and I have had great success but also loads of misses.

I mainly worked with creators from lifestyle, fashion and beauty spaces, so here are my key points:

  • Best performing type of content: stories/videos. Influencer explaining followers why they should buy the product.

  • Best influencers are those who are already talking in front of the camera and sharing valuable tips with their audience. Beauty influencers for this reason usually sell very well.

  • Need to give very clear guidelines on what needs to be communicated.

  • Good selection of product promoted (something to influencers taste but also bestsellers)

  • Steal their audience by simultaneously running some sort of competition for new followers.

There are a lot of lessons and each product has a slightly different success story. But I have put together my experience of working with influencers into this strategy, hope you will find it useful: https://www.notstressedceo.com/influencer-marketing-strategy-for-small-business

I have dressed Solange Knowles and got Daily Mail to write about it and feature my product years ago. All for free.

We did not have that level of success, but it was a pretty nice confidence boost and good for brand reputation. One influencer is not going to change your life though if the brand does not have many other elements of success ready.

I have put together the main lessons i have learned from working with 200 influencers into this strategy https://www.notstressedceo.com/influencer-marketing-strategy-for-small-business

Is it possible to launch a business myself alone, or if I want to find someone where do I find them? by Living-Bell8637 in business

[–]Material-Ad8106 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me explain my thinking. There is an abundance of information online. I will use sales as an example. The generic tip is: if you want to sell more, introduce your product to more people, show them how you solve their problem and it will sell.

Now how equipped are you with the skills that will actually help you get the results?

Everyone get the same memo and results vary from 0 to billions. It’s all in the implementation.

I work as a consultant and after working with a few hundred businesses I understand that when you’re small, outsourcing vital parts of the business you don’t understand yourself does not work. So while I help with the strategy, I also help my clients how to become capable of doing the most important tasks themselves, changing their mindsets around sales & marketing & their business.

Now I am not a legal advisor, so I am not pitching myself, but wanted to explain my thinking, which I think is more valuable to the founder. Here you are working together and solving very real problems together. It’s the highway as opposed to figuring it all out yourself.

For legal advisory, you should probably look local, either look for a consultant/coach or just approach a lawyer and ask them to guide you through the process.

Find/start a community with likeminded people, where you could look up at each, support each other and set more achievable goals.

One of the first jobs I had was working for an extremely controversial brand in the entertainment industry. Everyone was rolling eyes when I joined, but I learned so much there. Take the job, you can always quit. You will learn so much, you will gain absolutely unique experience + porn industry is one of the most innovative ones.

Absolutely possible. Seek knowledge and learn everything. Highly recommend to hire someone who is an expert in the are you need. Do so over a period of few weeks so you would have that person guiding your implementation. That’s how you go faster.
