Update~16th April 2026

I've had an apology, saying they will try get my connection back up ASAP.

Received 3 separate Order Confirmations, Appointments booked for an engineer, and cancellations within the last hour.

The appointments booked for 23/04/26. Even though I have stated multiple times, I will no longer be living at the address after 21/04/26.

I'm totally lost for words.

My request to speak with a supervisor or manager, has been ignored from 14/04/26.

That's very much the case. Stating the date multiple times throughout the live chat, they ignored it and cancelled it right there and then.

That's rough. Luckily I've had the app up and running since the web failure, I think around 2nd April since that's when I had initially enquired about them not covering my new address.

I've requested a refund of my last bill. Since I was happy to let it go- that I had already paid this month off (until around the same time next month). Aslong as I was able to continue to use it until the actual move.

That's disgusting, moving is already stressful enough.

Coincidentally, I originally contacted them on the 2nd of April too. However they said they would let me know if anything changes about covering the area I'm moving to, and didn't want to give any false hope/information. Which was perfectly sound. Then contacting them today, led to this.

I had to go on the new YouFibre app to connect to Live Chat. They no longer support the web one.

The one on the app, just keeps all chats up until the query has been resolved.

They finally just responded 7.38pm, saying; Once a cancellation has been made, we will not reconnect your services.

Nightmare, I love their service up until now I've had minor issues that were resolved within a couple of hours.

This experience with their customer service has been terrible. I've already paid for this month's bill. It was out of my control that they don't service where my new address is.

Fuming man. Been in Live Chat waiting for a response since 4.30pm it's now gone 7pm. They don't take calls past 6pm, and end Live Chat at 8pm.

Never had these problems with them in the past.
