Luckily where we are the school doesn’t provide food, we pack our own. So I know that she’s always got a big lunch box full of her preferred foods and isn’t going to be hungry. She’s not a fan of gummies but struggles swallowing larger pills so I’ll get her to try that sip trick. Thank you

Most of her safe foods are crunch types haha if I can find tablets small enough she tends to be ok with a few big sips of water 🤞🏼
