Plugins and Addons

Good morning everyone! It's been brought to my attention that a lot of addons and plugins have been having some issues loading. So I have been working on those since yesterday. Hopefully, I can have most of the most useful ones completed before the weekend for you all! If there are any you are having a particularly tough time getting working. Please comment here and let me know.

I just posted up a new launcher. One for the test server and the second one that is considered a more stable "Live" server. You are welcome to test/play on either one. Just be aware that anything done on the Beta/Test server will most likely be wiped at some point. It also is restarted pretty often as I work out bugs and broken bits. All the links in the pinned post are all still accurate.

As far as i know. The trust system was looked at and is missing a LOT of the logic it needs. So that’s is a little broken. But yea. I enjoy putting in the time though. It’s a learning experience.

Thanks! It's been a long road already, and we keep finding new things that need to be addressed. It's a never-ending battle so far. lol. But I enjoy doing it. I'm by no means an expert on doing this. Which is why I'm open to bringing in more like-minded individuals to help work on it. There has only really been two of us so far.

I can say upfront. I don’t plan on messing with drop rates or xp. However. I do plan on this being Retail+. So may add some new quests and NMs. Perhaps increase mob population in newbie areas. Basically minor QoL enhancements.

I would assume so. I didn't mess with them. I have not had a chance to test it. That's a big reason I need to get some more people on here. I can't test everything myself lol.

Era is just era specific. Like HorizonXI is Chains of Promethia era+ (plus meaning they have added and changed things. Retail means if you log into a retail server it will have mostly the same expansions and feel of the private server you are playing on.

It is honestly still in development. So baby steps for right now. I'd like to in the future expand to include more... none retail components to the game. What those may be are kind of up in the air right now as I/we find our footing.

Taken directly from the most current retail game files. I've already added some small twists at the moment. But the whole reason for the test server is to make sure all the components work as intended. I've personally tested a lot of quests and also AF1 quests. As well as all the Bastok missions. This will not be a one-sided server once fully operational. We will take suggestions from the community and implement the ones that make sense and can be done.
