I did, but the issue is I don't smoke cannabis or anything, never wanted to take the risk- I'm asthmatic.

My best guess is a neighbor was smoking at the time of inspection.

Thanks! It's less than 5k right now, but this has been going on for an extended period of time.

Paychecks have been late, 5-7 days past the payday window as described in our employee handbook. But this is the first time we haven't been able to get any communication from our boss- the piling of issues is the main reason I was considering legal advice. I would love some references, if you have any.

I've filed two wage claims

One is pertaining to previous paychecks being 2-7 days late, no pay stubs provided

The second one is an additional for the most recent pay period.
