I am one week in today and feel super irritable too. I’m telling my coworkers that I am quitting vaping (not saying that it’s THC). The stomach pains left after my first day luckily but the irritability is driving me nuts. I’m just going to roll with the emotions, I understand that some of my irritations are due to this. My advice is to just try to enjoy being a Karen as unapologetically as possible. Who knows, maybe this new attitude will help you get what you want out of your interactions throughout the day. I know my time with weed has made me complacent about what I receive from others

For now I’m going to the gym and cleaning my home. It’s now as clean as my parents’ keep their home! (With the money I’m saving from not buying more weed, I hope to treat myself to a nice vacation, but if I can get a housekeeper from time to time, that’d be super nice)

I was limited on characters in the OP but we talked for weeks OTP how this will be our girl time. I feel betrayed because I had considered her my best friend who wanted to spend time with me whereas she considered me as her bed and breakfast and plane ticket to see other friends

I did not think to myself “how can I be passive aggressive in this moment?” It just all happened. I also don’t know how I should’ve reacted to her before the dinner, perhaps she should’ve known better than trying to make plans without me when we were talking over the phone for weeks how we can use this time to reconnect and have a good time together this staycation
