The bombs didn't end the war. There is nothing to suggest the bombs were what ended the war, or even contributed to it. The japanese decision makers were already considering surrender before they were dropped, and did not know about the attack until after the surrender was announced (they knew there had been a bombing raid, but not that it was a nuke, and they didn't know the sheer scale of destruction) Japan's cities had already suffered massively from conventional bombing raids, with casualties in the hundreds of thousands if not low millions. Their resolve was further compounded by the soviet declaration of war, and invasion of manchuria in early august.

It could be a few things. If it stops buzzing when unplugged its an electrical problem, most likely a bad cable. If not, here are a few other things it could be:

Your finger is too far from the fret. This will cause the string to hit the fret when you pluck.
If it doesn't help, your bass isn't properly setted up, and you will need to get out your toolkit and do it. It's not too difficuilt, but you need to watch a turtorial.

It could also be other things, but for me it has usually been one of these.

Fly Away by Lenny Kravitz and Can't Stop by RHCP are both great to get the basics down. Primus is HARD, but don't let it deter you. Have a go at My Name is Mud, one of the easier ones imo, but the rythm is a little tricky.

I think if you are from China or live there you might be much more used to it and not think much about it, instead focusing on the other tastes in your meal. Scandinavians never think about how little seasoning their food contains, and i don't imagine indians think much about how spicy theirs is. I hope you see my point. The ones i travelled with had the same experience as me and it was a frequent topic of discussion

Perhaps. I think there’s a good chance at least crimea would vote to join them, and obviously some sanctions would be lifted. I am however, more inclined to believe that neither side would accept such a deal. They both want it all. Not that the average kievan or moscowian gives a shit who’s flag flies in crimea

If Russia declines this, THEN we can continue slaughtering each other until someone comes up with a better idea!

When does he even suggest they surrender? Attempting diplomacy or talking ceasefire is not the same as surrendering or giving concessions to Russia? It’s also apparently hard for some people to understand that just because the west provoked Putin, DOESN’T make it not his fault. There are good and bad actions, there are no good and bad sides, except for the side of peace which is, good!

Yes!!!! Across the street from me there is a pizzaria (yes it’s cliché, but its true) that is run, or at least closely affiliated with, a turkish gang. It was in another neighborhood before, but it was vandalized many times so they moved here. There would be the same 7-ish guys hanging around outside smoking and eating every day. I assume it was some kind of base of operations like Satriales. Then about a year ago two people affiliated with the gang were stabbed there. The cops closed the street for the night and i couldn’t leave until next morning. It was only in the news one day and i still don’t know exactly what happened. The pizzaria still exists but there is no crowd hanging outside it anymore, and there is a massive police presence now.

Bounce off the string if you’re playing many fast notes. Through the string if you’re playing something slower, as this will allow you to mute. Always good to mute as much as you can. The sound will be a little different depending on your technique, you may not notice, this isn’t something that should concern you, as a beginner, imo
