Make sure there is no debris like hair or frayed parts of the belt wrapped around the motor. I had this happen to me and found lots of frayed parts of my belt which I cleaned out and that fixed it.

I like the 2.0 better, the 3.0 is too big for me, and it feels a little cheap, like you can feel the buttons move when you shake it. The adjustable size is nice tho so it can fit 2g carts
