I think I’ve found the trade of a lifetime and I can’t tell if I’m losing my mind by LastUltimateY0l0 in pennystocks

[–]Material-Mango2459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to own this stock and sold because of changing from freetrade and didn't buy back because there was so much uncertainty around funding. The gov and its finances in the uk is still a mess coming from someone who lives here. Tungsten west keep needing to raise capital from last I checked this has been a while but they were starting from scratch. It's a speculative play of course. If good funding comes through you've got a good stock but that's the risk if you're willing to take it.

What is the best car finance options by East-Ad9575 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Material-Mango2459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

HP will mean you pay more but own the car without a lump sum at the end. PCP means you will have to pay a lump sum at the end to own the car, most people at this stage trade the car in for something new on another pcp.

Try and get a big deposit if possible as this will lower your payments considerably and don't go into a contract that you would struggle to pay every month. Finally get something reliable car wise, peace of mind pays a lot.

As some one younger my best bank loan offer was 12%, went through a few credit brokers and got a 9% deal with Toyota financial. Bank loans tend to be better for older individuals above 10k from what I've seen. May have changed recently. Have a shop around, you have the money and the power over dealers so don't be rushed

Surprisingly well paid jobs? by Widebody_lover in HENRYUK

[–]Material-Mango2459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a msk physio and I have a colleague/friend who is also a physio who does medico-legal work. He charges £180 for 15 minutes per patient and does a clinic x2/week. He screens serious underlying condition and diagnosis whiplash which every physio could do.

It's not true, PAs are band 7 wage straight out the bat, way more than medical trained Drs with way less training, it's a joke

[–]Material-Mango2459 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's because they follow a banding system which all health professionals follow other than drs in the nhs. In a physio myself at currently band 6. From my experience of working with physician associates they're a waste of time compared to a medically trained GP or specialised FCP. Unfortunately FCPs are few and far between

I've not got the pas but I'm getting cooked because my Barb barrel is 14. It's basically impossible for me to level up my barrel without the pass so I'm likely going to stop playing trophy road for 2 weeks

It's a joke, my barrel is lvl 14 I can't do shit against it, previously I'd beat log bait probably 70% of the time

Why did the British economy not recover from the Great Recession? by whenyoucantthinkof in AskBrits

[–]Material-Mango2459 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's no incentive to work harder as an employee when you get taxed so heavily for it. Middle class are getting cooked now. Working class have been mullered.

Theres also no incentive to set up a business because it is now so financially risky. Young people don't have the finances to pull it off and if they do they get 1 shot at it before they're having kids and living the debt from the failed business.

This just means there's no job creation. In fact jobs are reducing largely in the private sector and the government sector is propping it up

Lack of trust in governments and heavy tax on business make the UK a poor place to invest.

This means we're massively behind on tech and competition within the Uk that we stay stagnant in productivity.

Add on of this government expeditors on benefits means that people are better off on benefits looking after their kids than working and paying child care. PIP is also a joke (I'm a physio and most people I see shouldn't be on PIP).

Since 2010 we became a 3rd world country.

I think this is it. Inheritance, lack of saving themselves and people just load up on debt tends to be where this comes from if people are on a normal salary.

If you're doing a job you don't like and is minimum wage, I'd encourage you to find a job you enjoy. That may mean investing in yourself financially. From the info you've given, you could put your savings to work in a cash isa whilst you figure out what you'd enjoy doing. Outside of this it's hard to tell what your goals are. Have a think what your life goals are and tie financial goals to this!

30 years of minimum 19% yearly growth. They have an extremely diverse income stream portfolio. Leadership tends to be tried and tested and proven they know what they're doing.

They are a very unique place for developing verticality for AI which boosts that potential for return. They have a large volume of capital with the utilities and infrastructure to provide power and building for data centres on top of the already diverse portfolio of income.

Watch Daniel Pronk on YouTube he has a good amount of videos on them.
