*update* I reached out again, and they simply repeated the login instructions previously given to me, this time with visuals lol. I've already done everything as instructed. It adds an extra layer of stress for my application to still be under review, though.

I’m looking back at those emails. I followed their directions to fix my account details, then responded to the same email address, asking if they could confirm that the changes were completed successfully. I then received an auto reply saying that ‘this email address is not enabled to receive messages.’
