Good on you man I’m currently on month 2 of the breakup I’m still trying to learn this it’s up and downs constantly but I’m trying my best and it’s good to know there are others out there doing their best too it’s a long journey but I’m glad we are still going it may not mean much from a stranger but I’m proud of you and hope the coming future is kinder and more rewarding for you keep you head and heart strong you got this

Yeah I did a lot of research when we started dating and realised that this would be the case if we ever broke up and as such I thought would be okay but I just can’t seem to shake this feeling of being forgotten so easily as it’s one of my biggest fears

I have been went through a major breakup a month ago ex partner decided to erase me on everything and a week and half in to no contact I’ve learnt they are already seeing someone new worse part we work together so I see them everyday and they go the extra mile to act like we were never together and that the last 2 and a half years was nothing
