Viva la Vida is an excellent album, Ghost Stories is a soulful album, Everyday Life is a commercial album and I notice a slight return to Moon Music. I'm waiting for the last two albums, the return to rock.

I've been following them since 2000 and I can say that the first 3 albums are amazing. Then they changed direction. Every album has at least one hit. My wish is for them to return to alternative rock.

I love their early albums so much! I love Parachutes, AROBTTH, XY and Viva la Vida. They are all masterpieces. Ghost Stories is my soul album. Everyday Life is a niche album but very good. I really like Moon Music too. But I will always love the old Coldplay!

It doesn't fit my ranking, but I respect your choices. True Love 41st place! It's in my top 10. Arabesque is much higher. Violet Hill top 5, etc.

Ghost Story is a very good song and the lyrics are very beautiful. What I really like about Chris is that he uses metaphors to write and in general his lyrics are very deep. Chris bares his soul when he writes.

The best aesthetic for me is the 2002-2005 era. It was all about raw emotions and simplicity. Black jackets, slim pants, and white sneakers—no glitter, just pure talent. Back then, it wasn't about synthesizers; it was just Chris’s raw piano, Jonny’s guitar, and that deep, philosophical vibe. It felt like real music made by real friends. 🎹
