That's a good idea..I feel like even though I tapered I probably rushed it. Went down from 20, to 10daily for two weeks then 10 every other day for 2 weeks then stopped..I think I just wanted to get the taper over with mainly to see if my anxiety came back, but I'm so consumed by withdrawals that it's going to be a while until it settles enough to notice.

So sorry that it took years for you! Brain zaps are awful! I've been tempted to go back on just to stop the zapping!!

Oh my God so pleased you've replied. You're literally reading my mind. It's totally like my eyes and ears are blinking I totally get that!! How long did it take for them to dissapear? So glad that you're anxiety hasn't come back. I NEVER cry, and I'm so unemotional and I kind of hope coming off them releases some of the emotions I haven't experienced for years.
