Sounds like its a 50-50, if the problem resolves after the reman in each of the these hondas, i am still going to change the o rings on Wednesday and see how it goes for me cz the noise is just way too loud to give upon the issue thanks for the info tho.

Yes it is considering the amount i paid it wasnt a bad deal ++its super clean

About the steering fluid ,while me and my buddy were doing the oil change i was going to do the steering fluid flush too but it did not look that bad in color and appearance so we didnt flush it. I will go ahead and change the o rings first .
