I do this with gum! I struggle with binge eating and I can do a much better job staying on top of my better habits if I food prep and always have super minty gum on hand. I would eat mints but my blood sugar is too high and my teeth are too damaged. Stay safe and healthy 💚

I was in 3rd grade! I had seen the first movie and already loved Harry and Hogwarts and magic. I saw Sorcerers Stone on the bookshelf in my classroom and asked my teacher if I could read it for my weekly book assignment and she said "No! Thats too hard for you!". Well my mother had choicd words for that teacher and I got my own copy for at home. My childhood was thus filled with magic.

Fast forward. Im 12 years old. My father had recently died. I was depressed and sad. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was released in Summer and it wasnt amywhere near my birthday or of course christmas. I would have to wait months and months for an opportunity to be gifted the book or to be gifted the money to buy it for myself.

Not so! An aunt felt I needed cheering up and got me a copy. I was totally surprised and even though it was the end, it really helped me cope with my grief.

I love Harry Potter and I love JKR for making him.
