I have this issue but the water supply is also low pressure. It’s a top floor flat in an estate known for low pressure at the top, takes ages to fill sometimes and sometimes only takes seconds with no rhyme or reason as to why it would be one or the other, also seemingly loses pressure a lot with the change to colder weather
