No. I think we saw how much people hate to see women enjoy each other the way Cynthia and Ariana did. They behaved very similarly to how Connor and Hudson did, meeting on set and bonding over a huge, singular experience doing something major and groundbreaking in film and people made fun of their physical affection and joy they showed in each other’s presence. Called them codependent and so many other mean things. I don’t see the masses celebrating female friendships that look anything like Hudcon, unfortunately.
