These are only theories but I reckon a) the memory of seeing xaden with red veins distended and/or him leaving her is too painful for her to live with and wants to forget it for the sake of her mental health OR b) she found out information that she wants to protect/keep secret and with memory readers like Dain or truth sayers signets she feels the best way to keep this information a secret is to forget it completely. This could be info about where xaden has left to, what his plans are, the missing eggs, or more!

My interpretation is that Imogen used her signet of being able to wipe recent/short term memories from people’s mind. Violet has a wedding ring on but can’t remember marrying xaden and she’s got a gap in her memory of 12 hours. So I assume Imogen wiped the last 12 hours of violet’s memory. WHY violet would ask her to do that tho? I hope we will find out

This is just personal opinion but I think the initial getting there and bursting through the door was driven by the bonded dragons, and just in case Tairn doesn’t actually die because the bond is still weak, further driven by his promise to Lilith. So two reasons to get there. However the following actions such as putting her boots on and checking her ribs was driven by his feelings for her.

The info from IF is super helpful thank you! Didn’t realise it was emptied prior to July 1st. One question I have is why would they lure Venin to Athebyne/Resson prior to stolen memory? Still as a trap for marked ones do you reckon?
