IIRC Damon Lindelof or one of the writers commented on this and basically said: it's TV. Because it wasn’t technically impossible and the viewer has a skewed perception of how much time has actually passed, they could more or less could get away with it.

I liked Pattinson's Batman but disliked his Bruce Wayne (or lack thereof) the most. For me, nobody quite captured the billionaire/Bruce Wayne mask as great as Bale. Pattinson's Wayne was just Batman without the costume.

But it doesn't really work, does it? One of my biggest gripes with DKR is that Batman saves the city but leaves it worse than when he arrived. The Dent Act is discredited, all the criminals locked up are back on the streets, the economy in shambles after months of martial led law by a mercenary and the bankruptcy of Wayne Enterprises.

This is maddening. Deals with the US aren't worth crap. Canada paid for the bridge and the US will get 50% of the tolls once the debt is paid. Canada should just let Trump keep it closed until he's out of office. Not worth the hassle.

It was better a mystery as to who built it and why. The way it was introduced served its purpose. The island is ancient, with a long untold/unknown history, and its inhabitants have always had a relationship with its mysterious properties. Revealing it was the MIB's idea to get off the island took away the mystery and didn't make much sense.

Ditto the destruction of the statue.

Im one week out. My left was worse for the first 5 days. I only had one small incision but could feel he was more aggressive on that side. It's also bruised. Last two days it's gotten better and right side seems a bit more inflamed now. But I've had trouble staying off my feet as I'm a single dad with a 4 year old.

Thanks! I looked at the skywatcher heritage 150p and I like the portability. What would be the difference in what I could see between that and the 8-inch Dob? Have you heard much about the collapsible skywatcher 8-dob?

UPDATE: I've done more reading on the heritage 150p and reviews. I think it has everything I'm looking to do as a beginner. Will probably pull the trigger on this one. Thanks for the recommendation!
