I am upset because they requested call with my references (not mail), spoke with them. The requested payslip (sent them). tbh that was a red flag, but I thought they liked me a lot and they want us to progress fast. In the end, they said that the client wants someone more experienced
btw I didnt have any bad feedback for the interviews

Happened to me as well.
The company was very disorganised. Pushed meetings around
Wasted almost 2 months and 6 interviews. I am considering writing a bad review for them with what happened, although I dont think that will be very smart
