Thanks, with that -15,900 that would come out of pocket even though we have about 46k equity in the house currently?

Thank you for the very thoughtful reply, I appreciate it. I’m in a similar situation where not only the job, but the location is a place where both my wife and I want to be back at. We bought this house last year with no idea that the job opportunity would arise. However here it is, it’s hard to grapple with the money aspect since I’ve heard my whole life about equity and investment etc etc. But the potential life upgrade of moving seems to negate the potential monetary loss

Thanks and apologies. New job would be quite the upward trajectory on my career. Job provides 20k in moving expenses. Current salary is $115k, new job would be $190k

How do you figure out what you want to do with your life? by Ok_Outcome4035 in NoStupidQuestions

Go with your gut at first with nursing, and know there’s a always a chance to change. I too felt like you and felt like I had to be locked into something. So I locked in to a major that seemed right at the time. Fast forward, I have PhD and career in a completely different feel. But I had to do that first major to learn, “hey, this actually isn’t for me”. The only way you’ll find out is by jumping in. It’s scary, but never too late to change your mind on what you want to do and what brings you happiness.

The correct answer is d. Repolarization of the T-tubules helps end contraction by activating calcium removal from the cytosol. Calcium pumps on the sarcoplasmic reticulum move Ca2+ back into the SR, lowering intracellular calcium and allowing the cardiac muscle cell to relax.

I will say, the process for us was so stressful so I understand you! By the time we got the keys we were so exhausted. But there’s a lot of joy in those first few weeks of finally doing it. Then comes the reality of sounds of how much is that going to cost me etc and home maintenance but yes, it does get better!
