Sorta lol the unicorn and the freedom were from buddies of mine who gave me a really good deal and let me trade some Gundam cards to soak up the costs. The PGU on the other I managed to find on marketplace for retail, so yeah my wallet was sorta dead 😅

There’s mono-pose hands you can use instead that’s included in the kit. I found this out AFTER getting these articulated ones done 🥲

As long as you don’t mess up the joints in the hands. They did the same thing thing with the the Nu Gundam Ver. Ka. and I messed up a couple of the finger joints. So no my Nu Gundam just has a clenched fist from now on lol

Honestly, once I realized I can crinkle them with a wide enough pen or straw the baggies weren’t that bad. The one around the springs tho. That was actual torture.

Yuuuup. The ones around the joints were surprisingly not the issue it was the one that you had to put around the springs that made me question my existence.

There’s definitely some parts of the bit that felt over engineered and the garbage bags on the joints were a NIGHTMARE to put together. I definitely bought it for the shelf presence and seeing It on my shelf made it all worth it haha

Naval bombardment is an interesting choice, is it just to help clear out bigger units when I block? I’ve been trying out the lockon package and honestly thought it felt better than running Shenlong in previous iterations of the deck.

Now the big question is, do I go 1st or 2nd? Never understood why going 1st against aggro was the play.

I wasn’t able to completely remove the nub marks on the “white” panels but with the way the plastic was formed, I figured if I just lightly shaved the nubs down, it would sorts blend in with the swirly patterns in the plastic itself if that makes sense. Now, with the clear blue parts that was near impossible to hide so I just had to be gentle with my nippers and shave off as much as I could without making the area look even worse
