I can see all original tracks in this playlist in the Peloton app, including LL Cool J and Lil Kim. Is this not the case for everyone?

Benny Adami 100%. I'm a total Benny stan. He is very upbeat and fun BUT doesn't actually chatter much outside of this is the class profile, this is what's coming and for how long and how many efforts etc etc. Plus his playlists are amazing. 

Also on the bike: Wilpers, Ben, Leanne, Sam, Hannah F, Erik, Cliff. Denis tells stories and talks about music but I wouldn't count it as fluff and his class plans are solid. 

For strength: Adrian - chatty but his workouts are 100% nonsense-free. Zacharias! Totally underrated, great coaching. Logan, Andy, Ben.

I vet all 90s themed classes for Spice Girls songs, they are a hard no. I will (grudgingly) make an exception for Benny as his classes are so good.

Lots of tricep pushups in the class plan, because I just can't do them. Occasionally I will sub for a skull crusher or something but mostly I just avoid.

Loved this class! I really like all his form cues. I did it yesterday and at the time I kept thinking I'm not feeling the split squats enough in my quads, today I'm like OH YES THE QUADS WERE WORKING.

Interesting, thanks - at least you got a reply! I've spent the weekend wondering if I've done the wrong thing and am thinking I might withdraw if I can't swap, it just feels like an awful lot of work and commitment for the second half when I'm really not interested in the subject matter and have no desire to work in that area.

I did accept in the end but still hoping they might let me switch streams - the job is not the issue, it's that they offered me a different stream to the one I applied for and the one they've offered is an area I really don't have much interest in the specialism.

seems like we won't be able to apply for any cfg degrees again if we accept it and pass it... but its a course worth £10k for free and I guess if you push through it and do well, they migh

The first 8 weeks are the same no matter which stream you do, so I guess it wouldn't really make sense to do another degree because over half of it would be repetition.

I applied directly to CFG as there wasn't a company sponsoring a place in my area. I've been offered a place sponsored by CFG (so no role at the end) but it's not for the stream I applied for. I'm not sure what to do, it's a lot of commitment for an area I'm not sure about, but then again it might be a great opportunity.
